Thanks for your interest in working with 326 Trucking, LLC. We’re proud to partner with experienced owner-operators who own or lease aluminum end dumps and want steady work across Houston and Central Texas.

We keep our onboarding process simple, efficient, and transparent — so you can get set up and start hauling with confidence.

Where We Operate

We specialize in hauling aggregates like limestone, sand, and gravel across Houston and Central Texas. Our routes typically run between material yards, quarries, and construction sites.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

Before you can begin hauling with us, you’ll need to complete two simple steps:

✅ Step 1: Complete the Owner-Operator Packet

Once submitted, you’ll receive a digital version of the Carrier Agreement via email for electronic signature. This includes our operating expectations, billing details, and confirmation of your hauling readiness.

Note: 326 Trucking operates as a licensed freight brokerage. A 9% brokerage fee is deducted from gross load revenue — this covers dispatch, route management, payment processing, and customer coordination.

✅ Step 2: Submit Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)

You’ll also receive an email with instructions on how to attach your COI.

Your COI must:

• Match the coverage limits shown in this sample:

• List 326 Trucking, LLC as the Certificate Holder
• Name 326 Trucking, LLC as an Additional Insured

These coverage requirements are non-negotiable and are based on the standards set by the plants and partners we haul for — not by 326 Trucking alone.

Pay Schedule & Timeline

Once your setup is complete:

• You’ll begin hauling immediately based on route availability and region
• Contractors work for two weeks before receiving their first paycheck
• After that, pay is issued weekly, with reliable and consistent scheduling

We operate with a straightforward model: 100% transparency and no hidden fees. Our 9% brokerage fee is clearly outlined up front and only applies to the loads you haul.
