A recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, Nolen previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for Colliers in Houston, where she helped guide market growth, brand strategy, and client engagement in one of the nation’s most competitive markets. Her deep understanding of development timelines, contractor needs, and industry relationships offers 326 Trucking a unique advantage in connecting with construction and infrastructure projects across Texas.
